04HWID Policy

Our cheats use Hardware ID (HWID) binding to prevent unauthorized sharing and key reselling. By using our products, you agree to the following:

• Your license key will be bound to the HWID of the machine used during the initial activation.
• You are permitted to reset your HWID up to a limited number of times (as specified in your product's description). Additional resets may incur a fee.
• HWID spoofing or attempting to circumvent this system is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate license termination.
• We reserve the right to request verification of your identity or hardware for HWID resets.

05Payment & Refunds

All payments for Nova Cheats products are processed through our secure platform partner SellAuth, using Stripe and PayPal as payment gateways.

• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All sales are final, except where explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
• Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate license termination and potential legal action.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

06User Conduct

09Account Termination

• Upon request from a game developer or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our products and destroy any copies of our software in your possession. Refunds will not be provided for terminated accounts.
