All sales are final. Novum Cheats provides digital software products delivered through SellAuth. Because these products are digital and access is provided after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
By purchasing from Novum Cheats, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is final once the transaction is completed. Please review the product description, compatibility requirements, and any setup instructions before buying.
02No Refunds
We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Purchasing the wrong product or license duration.
- Failure to read product requirements, setup instructions, or compatibility notes.
- Game bans, account penalties, anti-cheat updates, or other third-party enforcement actions.
- Local computer issues, antivirus blocks, driver conflicts, VPN/proxy issues, or internet connectivity issues.
- License keys that have already been delivered, activated, redeemed, or used.
Important: Opening a support ticket does not guarantee or imply a refund. Support is provided to help with setup or access issues only.
03Before Buying
Before completing your purchase, make sure you understand what you are buying and that it matches your needs.
- Confirm you selected the correct product and license duration.
- Review product requirements and setup instructions.
- Ask support any pre-sale questions before paying.
- Understand that digital product access, license keys, and downloads are non-refundable once purchased.
If you experience a technical issue, contact support and we will help troubleshoot access or setup. This support does not change the final-sale nature of the purchase.
04Chargebacks
A chargeback occurs when you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer. We take chargebacks seriously:
- Filing an abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargeback is a violation of our policy.
- If you file a chargeback, your license may be immediately terminated and you may lose access to all products associated with that purchase.
- Chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from using, accessing, or purchasing any Novum Cheats products or services.
- We reserve the right to contest chargebacks through SellAuth and provide full evidence of the transaction and product delivery.
- Where permitted by law, fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may be referred to our payment processor, fraud prevention services, collections providers, or legal counsel.
- We reserve the right to pursue any remedies available under applicable law for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or unpaid amounts.
Please contact support for technical help before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks do not override this No Refund Policy, and we reserve the right to contest them with proof of purchase and delivery.
05No Exceptions
All purchases are final. We do not make exceptions based on product use, account status, payment method, personal circumstances, or third-party game/platform actions.
If there is an access or setup issue, our support team may assist with troubleshooting. Troubleshooting assistance is not a refund, exchange, or cancellation offer.
06Payment Disputes
If you dispute a payment with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or SellAuth, we reserve the right to provide evidence of the transaction, product delivery, license issuance, account activity, and this No Refund Policy.
- Disputes or chargebacks may result in immediate license termination.
- Access to all products associated with the disputed purchase may be revoked.
- We may permanently restrict future purchases, product access, and support access.
- Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in additional action where allowed by law.
